What to bring
- ●Yoga mat, mat towel, and water bottle
- ●Hydrate 12–24 hours before class
- ●Avoid eating 2–3 hours before practice
- ●Mats and towels available for rent
About the 26&2 (Bikram Yoga)
- ●A sequenced set of 26 beginner-friendly postures and 2 breathing exercises
- ●Designed to promote total-body health, balance, strength, and flexibility
- ●Supports weight management, reduces stress, and enhances mental clarity
- ●A focused, 90-minute moving meditation
Directions & Parking
- ●Enter Seaview and take Mapuana up nearly to the top
- ●Right on Wehelaunui; it dead-ends into the first driveway
- ●Park in the driveway next to the blue house, in front of the gate, and along the grass across the street
- ●Please do not park in front of neighbors’ houses
