Experience a soothing blend of Reiki and sound healing with crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, flute, and medicine drum. Share intentions on the New Moon and celebrate manifestations on the Full Moon, with insights from the Hawaiian Moon Calendar to deepen connection with ʻāina.
What to expect
- ●Guided intention-setting and gratitude practice aligned with the moon
- ●Sound healing with bowls, chimes, flute, and drum to relax body and mind
- ●Healing Touch and Reiki during savasana to clear blockages and restore balance
- ●Supports reduced stress, calm nervous system, and a sense of peace
Facilitators
- ●Gabriel Beeson: Massage Therapist; specialties include Hawaiian Lomilomi, Swedish Massage, Reiki/Energy Work, Crystal Healing, Pet Energy Work
- ●Simona Alladio: Yoga teacher, retreat owner, shamanic guide; MSW (Boston College), ~1000 hrs YTT (Bikram/Ghosh lineage)
