What to bring

• ●Yoga mat, mat towel, and water bottle
• ●Hydrate 12–24 hours before class
• ●Avoid eating 2–3 hours before practice
• ●Mats and towels available for rent

About the 26&2 series

• ●A 90-minute Bikram sequence of 26 beginner postures
• ●Promotes total health: improved circulation, strength, flexibility, and stress reduction
• ●Builds concentration, patience, determination, and self‑control

Location & Directions

• ●Address: 12-294 E Pohakupele Loop, Pahoa, HI
• ●Enter Seaview and take Mapuana nearly to the top → Right on Wehelaunui to the first driveway
• ●Parking: In the driveway next to the blue house, along the front fence, and on the grass across the street
• ●Please do not park in front of neighbors’ houses
