Recurring weekly (5-week closed container): Wednesdays, April 1–29 | 4:00–7:30pm HST

A transformative series blending somatic therapy, earth-based ritual, quantum sound journey, and shamanic art therapy. Guided by Alicia Sunflower, participants explore and relate with inner parts (wise woman/man, inner child, critic/gatekeeper, victim/perpetrator, higher self) while weaving connection with Internal Source.

  • When: Wednesdays, April 1–29 (5 sessions)
  • Time: 4:00–7:30pm (arrive 4:00; circle starts 4:30)

Session Flow

  • Arrival (4:00pm): Settle in and connect

  • Journey (5:10pm): Invocation + guided meditation, art therapy with quantum sound journey; grounding + devocation
  • Integration (6:30pm): Group sharing and reflection on your art “portal”
  • Departures (7:30pm): Clean up and close
