- ●Level: Beginner-friendly (all 26 postures are beginner poses)

What to bring
- ●Yoga mat, mat towel, and water bottle
- ●Hydrate 12–24 hours before class
- ●Avoid eating 2–3 hours before practice
- ●Mat and towels available for rent

- ●12-294 E Pohakupele Loop, Pahoa, HI
- ●Directions: Enter Seaview and take Mapuana nearly to the top. Right on Wehelaunui; it dead-ends into the first driveway. Parking in the driveway by the blue house, along the front fence, and on the grass across the street. Do not park in front of neighbors’ houses.
