Join a Level 1 Hot Yoga (26&2 Bikram) class designed to balance and strengthen the whole body.

What to bring
- ●Yoga mat, mat towel, and water bottle
- ●Hydrate well 12–24 hours before class
- ●Avoid eating 2–3 hours before practice
- ●Rentals available: mats and towels
About the 26&2 (Bikram) series
- ●26 beginner postures + 2 breathing exercises
- ●Promotes total-body health, improved muscle tone, and weight management
- ●Builds concentration, patience, determination, and self-control
Location & Parking
- ●Address: 12-294 E Pohakupele Loop, Pahoa, HI
- ●Directions: Enter Seaview and take Mapuana nearly to the top; right on Wehelaunui to the first driveway
- ●Parking: In the driveway next to the blue house, along the fence out front, and on the grass across the street. Do not park in front of neighbors’ houses.
