Puna Hongwanji Rummage Sale

The Puna Hongwanji Buddhist Temple will be hosting a Rummage Sale on Saturday, October 17, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon. Our members and friends have been working hard to sort through and categorize many of the items donated to our temple for you. There will be something for everyone. One person's trash is another person's treasure. In the social hall you will find a variety of items. In the dining room there will be a variety of clothing for everyone of all sizes. There will be an area for the larger furniture. The Puna Hongwanji Boutique will also be open and available to browse through to find some unique item. If your hands are full after visiting one area and you are wondering, how will you continue to shop. We have that issue resolved for you as we will have a holding area so you can continue to shop hands free. If you are hungry or thirsty don't forget to stop our Puna Hongwanji concession for some yummy food and snacks. If you are unable to find parking on the grounds of Puna Hongwanji don't worry, we have been authorized to use the parking lot at HMSA and the Keaau Middle School Gym. Please be sure to not leave any opala in these areas as we don't want our members to have to clean the parking lot after working so hard at the rummage sale.
