Schedule

• ●3:00–3:30 pm: Arrival & settle in (empty spaces released at 3:25 pm)
• ●3:30–5:00 pm: 26&2: Level 1 Hot Yoga (Beginner Bikram)
• ●5:00–6:00 pm: Ice Baths & Fire
• ●6:00–8:00 pm: Organic Potluck Dinner & Music

What to bring

• ●Water bottle, yoga mat, mat towel, shower towel, change of clothes
• ●Organic potluck item and any musical instruments
• ●Hydrate 24 hours prior; add electrolytes or Himalayan salt
• ●Avoid eating 2–3 hours before practice
• ●Rentals available: mats and towels $2 each

Directions & Parking (Seaview):

• ●Enter Seaview, take Mapuana nearly to the top
• ●Right on Wehelaunui; first driveway is the studio
• ●Parking in second driveway (blue sign, next to blue house), along the fence between the two driveways, and on the grass across the street
• ●If full, use side streets — do not park in front of neighbors’ houses
